Lots of friends seem to be little confused. Here is what I mean when I say it.
1. Joe Biden is a bumbling failure as POTUS. We should Elect Republicans Everywhere. 2. No more lockdowns, EVER. No more mandatory masks, EVER. I won't be giving up ANY guns. 3. The liberal media is utterly corrupt and useless. The constant defense of the #idiotsincharge by altering the “news” is toxic. Doublespeak is real. 4. Biden policies are destroying more lives than the Republicans would have if they were in power. I am very bitter that the moochers in DC are in control of my livelihood. I'm already working to change that. 5. Government needs to stay the hell out of my life. 6. Covid pandemic is OVER. My respect for the federal government is at an all time low… and that is saying something because it was pretty low before all of this mess. 7. The current meltdown in Va schools is a tragedy. I blame BOTH Biden and Lord Northam of the blackface clan. 8. The constitution restrains the government, not the citizenry. In particular, the federal government is limited by design, and needs to be whack smacked down to size. 9. I would run for office and do a better job than these corruptoCrats but I can’t get elected because I’m honest and write things like this. 10. Big government is the problem, not the solution. Period.

There are people that want to have eliminate advanced diplomas, lower standards to accommodate more at the expense of the few, and teach that success and livelihood is based on your race. They need choices.
Ban Critical Race Theory. Open charter schools now. Kids Lives Matter. Va must vote for hope and change. Vote for Glenn Youngkin for Governor. I used to be a gullible squishy Republican. I even voted for Bill Clinton twice. I am not anymore.
I learned and accepted that I was wrong. Liberals and moderates can do the same I think. Virginians/Conservative classical liberals must lead. We must get off the sidelines. I refuse to lower expectations and accept principles championed by murderous and despotic regimes. History and legacy is fact. Collectivism without competition and choice is toxic and destroys societies at scale and duration every single time. Globalism is a fallacy that requires America to fail ultimately. Get out and vote for republicans and life in every sense. Don’t go back. Leap ahead. Vote for Glenn Youngkin. Vote for school choice and charter schools. Vote to end the lockdown control mindset. Vote to empower parents and families. Vote for life. Vote for lower taxes, small businesses, and local local local impact. Vote to preserve and expand gun rights. Vote to support rule of law, police, and a strong military. Vote to put America and Americans first. Vote. Vote. Vote. Originally posted on FB in Feb 2017.
Results of 2020 elections provide this point. FB activism is NOT useless. I read thoughts and ideas from all sides. I am an adult and I ignore most of them. You can too. Recognize what your filters are and use them. Love others because of their diversity and uniqueness. Let go of the ego and accept your place in time. Tomorrow it will be different. People are equal in value. Ideas are not. The hysterical temper tantrum, personal attack rhetoric witnessed within the echo chamber friend circles of late is extremely effective. It diminishes respect for the presenters and contributes to the division. It isn't useless. It is destructive in unskilled hands like so many powerful tools. Recognize the power. Choose to listen. Choose to ignore or to accept and learn. Vote and lead by example. I sincerely hope and pray that President Biden will be successful in governing our nation. I ask him and his administration to protect life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and to empower American Patriots to serve together as we serve one another under the authority of the constitution of the United States of America.
I look forward to hearing the positive chills and thrills of the media over the coming months. My cynicism as to actual results from actions at the federal level will remain but this is the way with hope and change. We will all see how it plays out. Good luck Mr President. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He make His face shine upon you and give you peace. I ask all of this in Jesus name. Amen. Battles should be fought inside the capital building... but our constitution dictates the rules of how they are fought. Our representatives are expected to follow rules of debate and decorum and conduct themselves in accordance with the expectations of both their constituency and their bosses in leadership. The job of an elected representative to the Congress of the United States is a job. The citizens job is to elect a representative... The representatives job is to fight for his/her citizens with in the legislature. I am cynical about our future as a country when so many don't understand and can't even begin to articulate the practical realities of their job. #idiotsincharge I suppose I am lucky that my representative is doing a good job. My Senators are a disgrace. Judgement of the executive branch is a disaster. My job, my mission, is to be heard and communicate. I don't have a direct vote. That is how the system is designed for good reason.
Best thing for all of us is to stop talking about President Trump and start talking about Jan21 plus.
First 100 days will do exactly what for 🇺🇸US? What are the steps to heal and move on. Leadership requires casting a vision and then executing. #SuckItUpButtercup applies to all parties. The GOP has never been about the man. The pivot to a party of Trump and its cult of personality as a response to the identity politics of the past decade was something to behold. I myself have been caught up in it all too often. The policy achievements were astounding to behold but in the end the chaos at the capitol has undone the legacy of President Trump. I was a reluctant Trump voter who joined the Trumptrain somewhere around 2018 and I have now jumped off that train.
I am not ashamed of my decisions and actions and I am not to blame for the actions of the idiots at the capitol or the many #idiotsincharge all over DC but I am accountable for my example. I hope and believe that my words matter. I hope that some may listen to them, read them, and learn from them. I'm not an expert in politics, but I am experienced. From my corporate consulting career, to 25 years in music and worship ministry in churches of many denominations, the power versus authority struggle is never-ending. Decisions and actions are required as the train of grievances continues down the tracks. What do I think should happen now? 1. President Trump should resign from office immediately hand the reins of power to VP Pence allowing for an honorable and truly peaceful transition of power devoid of the divisive and toxic rhetoric in the center of our national discussion. 2. The GOP should unite behind this action condemning the rhetoric of President Trump but applauding his policy achievements. We the people can focus on vaccine distribution and restoring trust in the election system... it will take time but it will unify and heal in action and achievement. 3. That same GOP must publicly do a mea culpa to its base for losing the Senate and the Presidency.. Yes the Dems will howl at their moon and take victory laps. The media will trumpet their victory and moral superiority, and the adults in the room will sit and take it allowing them to show their true partisanship and elitist nature. 4. The GOP minority would then be positioned to shift the national attention to the incoming Biden/Harris administration and what will happen in place of what did happen. The policy failures of the socialist democrats will become obvious soon enough. The slim margins should allow for solid obstruction of the most radical agenda items, and for a delay strategy. 5. The populists, conservatives, and libertarians should unite and take control of both the house and the senate in 2022 under the banner of a new GOP.. unified in purpose, policy, and principles. It will take decades to undo this damage. We might as well start now. To be completely honest, I’m surprised that a lot more people were not shot and killed yesterday. If you storm the capitol of the United States of America 🇺🇸, threatening our elected leaders, you should expect to be met with deadly force.
Same Principle applies to lives and property everywhere just in a more local and individual scale. My property is my capitol. #2A — #1A is attached to peaceful assembly. Violent assembly and incursions must be met with force. (Including deadly force as an option) 74 million Americans voted for Trump and we lost the election. Vast majority of the protestors yesterday were peaceful proud Americans. The radicals who rejected rule of law and stormed the capital building violently were criminals and were indeed a vast minority. There are radicals on both sides of every issue and they must be treated with equal disdain and disgust. President Trump again acted recklessly with his rhetoric yesterday and Americans died. The escalating violence over the last year could have been stopped by Democratic and Leftist leaders but they acted recklessly in appeasing violence for votes and Americans died. Our system of govt is fully intact. We have a republic if we can keep it. Governing authority is derived from the people. Power is wielded by the people for the people by “the government” in DC and the states. We the people will always disagree. The mechanism for progress and prosperity is voting, and adherence to rule of law outlined by our constitution, enforced by our government. This is the way. The rush to blame and group is natural but wrong. 74 million maga Americans did not storm the capital building yesterday. An Illegal, incited, mob did. It was allowed to escalate out of control and Americans died. This story has been told over and over through 2020. It must not be told any more in 2021. Sadly, I’m not exactly hopeful that this is feasible. Something broke last year. It may not be repairable en masse. I pray that God is making something new in all of this. As for me and my house, we serve and we sing. This is the way. Many of us, spoke up passionately and vehemently condemning the protests and violence of the past year. I again condemn the protests and violence of today. The sides don’t matter. The emotions are strikingly similar. The results of our collective lack of action and appeasement have proven to be tragic and so very sad. The pursuit of uniformity is utopia and ridiculous. We CAN and must embrace a unity of purpose that binds US rather than divides us.
Quoting President Elect Biden, “enough is enough”... I add that enough was enough long ago. The election is over. VATENOR has spoken. The mandate to the People of the United States (potus) is to make America great again. 100%. Congratulations to President elect Biden. POTUS elect. I think the next 4 years will be rough but they won’t be any rougher than the last four were for Democrats. Extremism on both sides is the enemy. Conservatives must stand and fight inside the system. Keep the senate. Obstruct the leftist agenda wherever possible. Investigate corruption and fraud. Protest peacefully in the streets. Adhere to the rule of law but be willing to stand and be counted as soldiers against the words and rule of the media elite communism tenets which have such a strong foothold in society. I hope the Harris Biden administration can be kept in check to conserve the policy progress of the last 4 years while restoring some sense of unified purpose. We the people who voted for Trump will not come to heel but we are supportive of HEALING. Mechanisms for disagreement are built in: VOTING and rule of law. Healing a relationship and asking another to heel are not the same thing. Ask yourself which one you seek when you have power. Consider what outcome your choices require when you do not have power.
Rigging, manipulation, and influence are not the same thing as a global illegal conspiracy. It seems to me that we the people have bowed in fear and outsourced our intellectual and physical freedom. It is indeed time to circle up and plan legal protests with local civil disobedience coupled with disciplined planning for the next elections. The media and big tech will NOT play fair. 72 million Americans is a strong start. We, conservatives, must align and look to the future.
I’m disappointed that my fellow Americans have embraced this systemic threat to individualism and liberty in favor of corporate communism back by force and fire of government. Cest la vie. When these policies fail in coming years, I and many like me will be far less tolerant, likely less civil, and follow the protest playbook we have seen as a roadmap. Times ahead could be pretty vicious. It seems we are at war for the souls of our states and thus our republic. Biden’s DARK WINTER is indeed coming and will extend well into 2021 and beyond. Consequences will be far reaching beyond just surviving Covid. We have >99.8% chance of surviving that threat. The societal threats could be far more deadly as families churches and businesses are literally blown up. The blame game is done. We must look to the future. Let’s roll. Should Trump concede the election?
no. Did he win the election? I doubt it but I can’t tell. Personally, think that the irregularities are the result of incompetence rather than malevolent intent and a global conspiracy. He has every right to complete his legal challenges, and present evidence for rulings in the courts given the questions and environment. i am mostly concerned with the emotions and the potential for explosive and violent division in the near future. I’d like to hear a speech where he explains his decisions to proceed without all of the Trumpian hyperbole and vitriol. Continuing to escalate and use semantic bullying with limited communications discipline is what is ripping up both sides. All sides. Everyone really. These constant fear bells are destabilizing our sanity individually and collectively. The buck stops with Trump on this one. It IS his fault but it is not only his fault. we are all so freaking tired. I want it to be OVER but it must be a fair and trusted result. Ask yourself what would be happening if the Biden Harris campaign felt that the election had been “stolen” and their court cases were pending. We all know the answer. Violence. Burning. Destruction. I am confident of this. We lose nothing by letting the legal challenges play out over the next few weeks. In the end, there can be only one. Question is when. I hope it is soon and very soon. There are some big wins in this election cycle/debacle.
Americans are learning how important their state governments are. The elections for Secretary of State and Attorney General matter immensely. We better understand the differing roles of states and federal govt. Many of We the people are reading and studying the constitution, Declaration of Independence and even federalist papers. This knowledge is a proven foundation for hopeful future. States matters matter. I am sincerely happy that so many friends are encouraged by the words of PresElect Biden. Rhetoric is a powerful tool. Practical progress in change management policy is a very complex process and it certainly begins with awareness and desire.
The arc of my experience has shown me that desire must be followed with knowledge and ability at scale and duration. Results are measured and reinforced. This is the way. The danger zone in governance is the addiction to power and the reliance on power to achieve. The power approach does not past the test. “Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.” —C. S. Lewis, God in the Dock: Essays on Theology and Ethics (1970) A Biden Harris 2020 win could be disappointing but it should not be devastating. There is a path no matter the outcome in coming hours/days.
Elections are about raw power. Authority lies with each of us and comes from our creator. Power and authority are not the same thing. #PSA2020 #InspiredByChief
1A 2A ProLIFE Pro school choice ProStatesRights ProPolice ProMilitary AntiWar AntiRaiseTaxes... Principles that matter.
Biden is elderly with the esteem and credentials of a big government statesman. He IS the archetype for establishment politician. Trump is a brash undisciplined populist lightning rod with unparalleled policy results hindered by an overt exploitation of partisan division. Principals that matter? Draining the swamp smells at first. It still must be done. What the media thinks is largely irrelevant. Their opinion is not on par with that of elected officials. Their job should not be to characterize ACTUAL leaders. It should be to report on policies and outcomes along with substantive investigative candor. The stories cannot be one sides. That makes them even more irrelevant. Ultimately the modern media has relegated themselves to entertainment status. They seem to think that they are writing the script for a reality tv show. That is not how it works.
