The Bill of No Rights
The following was written by State Representative Mitchell Kaye from GA
We, the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid any more riots, keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the blessings of debt free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-great-grandchildren, hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt ridden, delusional, and other liberal bedwetters. We hold these truths to be self-evident: that a whole lot of people are confused by the Bill of Rights and are so dim that they require a Bill of No Rights .
ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.

ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone - not just you! You may leave the room (ed.: or this page), turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc., but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will be.

ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful, do not expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.

ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes.

ARTICLE V: You do not have the right to free health care. That would be nice, but from the looks of public housing, we're just not interested in public health care.

ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don't be surprised if the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric chair.

ARTICLE VII: You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob, cheat or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don't be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place where you still won't have the right to a big screen color TV or a life of leisure.

ARTICLE VIII: You don't have the right to demand that our children risk their lives in foreign wars to soothe your aching conscience. We hate oppressive governments and won't lift a finger to stop you from going to fight if you'd like. However, we do not enjoy parenting the entire world and do not want to spend so much of our time battling each and every little tyrant with a military uniform and a funny hat.

ARTICLE IX: You don't have the right to a job. All of us sure want all of you to have one, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful.

ARTICLE X: You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have the right to pursue happiness - which by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an overabundance of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights.

79 years ago the Japanese EMPIRE attacked the United States of America’s 🇺🇸 Pacific fleet at Pearl Harbor. We were not prepared and the results were devastating. The legacy of the day that will live in infamy is that we must ALWAYS be prepared to defend our country. Americans have a sacred civil duty to remember and act accordingly serving and protecting the greatest country in the history of the world. It is not just up to the military. We are all in this together.

Any time a friend, neighbor, or even family member feels entitled to tell me what I can or cannot say I indeed get #triggered Stands to reason that I may not thrive in a cancel culture run amuck... When you tell me what I must not or cannot say, it inspires my inner insanity to pull the trigger and fire away. free speech is messy but it must remain... there is a reason that it is first in the bill of rights. -- reality is that i am the only one that gets to choose my speech.. I won't choose for you, and you have no business choosing for me. Each of us is accountable for our own language... and the consequences that from that language.

Debate is between two visions. This is how two party elections work.

Harris/Biden TOP 10 Desires.
(regular stuff from Dems)
1. Higher taxes - redistribution of wealth by force
2. Open Borders
3. Socialized medicine - National healthcare for world
4. Abolish fossil fuels
5. Use taxpayer funds to support abortion.
6. Take guns - abolish 2nd amendment
2020 new stuff from Dems
7. Restructure the Supreme Court
8. National mask mandate
9. Use racism and segregation to “fight” racism.
10. Class warfare urban wealthy academic coastal elites vs rural working class

US finding unity is the threat.

Powerful men standing together black and white, young and old, committed to a secure future rooted in individual liberty and justice for all. Justice must be coupled with liberty. Mob rule is not rule of law.
The current strategy of the left that paints conservatives as racist is a fear response. If the Democrats are forced to embrace principle and practice they will lose. Their only hope is to divide and destroy using emotion, cancel culture, and identity politics with the goal of retaining and increasing power. Spreading fear and allowing misery is deplorable on all sides but particularly when its foundation is rooted in a legacy of lies, and anecdotal extrapolation. Conflating and Confusing... are pillars of politicians.
Voting blocks are amazing tools and hard for rational, liberty minded individuals to embrace.  We all want security and prosperity and the opportunity to pursue happiness. People are equal. Ideas are not. Practical liberty exists in the shades of gray.

#2A is just one issue, but it is a big one because it embodies individual rights and power. Local and immediate.

Disband Defund disbelief.

ON disbanding police-->> If Minneapolis wants no more police. Go for it. NYC, Chicago, LA, SF want less police funding and less police services — I think it is insane and it showcases a horrible disregard for public safety but it is their call.
This is a free country and states and localities CAN do as they choose. The rest of US will watch and learn.
FYI - police powers are almost wholly reserved for the states... by design within the federalism model. — issues should be taken up with the mayors and governors IMHO.
FYI 2– This foolishness will be catastrophic for the poorest and least able to flex and move.
Y’all better figure out who you are going to call when the actual evil criminals show up at your door. Arm yourself and educate yourself is my advice. Defunding and Abolishing will be a disaster.

Surveillance

5/28/2020

The 2020 surveillance state in public is a good thing. Video is the most reliable way to capture events for the record. The sheer volume of mobile devices and cameras in the US forces us to consider our actions and choices. We the people can judge for ourselves in many cases. This is good. We have no expectation of privacy in public and on social media. The quality of mobile device video has improved so dramatically that we can all contribute to the record in a meaningful way. Authority figures and bullies are held accountable as it should be.

if we can develop more respect for one another this won’t be an issue. Public is public.

Each of us should now consider ourselves “armed” with the ability to record. Each of us must assume that we are being recorded.

I’m armed in other ways as well when I’m in public. You should be too. It makes us all safer. #1A #2A

Americans?

Diseases. Not new.
Death. Not new.
Partisan division demagoguery and misinformation dissemination. Not new.

Americans celebrating their utter dependence and conformity to “the government” - experts, leaders, academics... NEW

My country and world view is built on a foundation of self reliance, work ethic, faith in God, and an overwhelming desire to better myself in pursuit of success. The descent into dependency and fear over the past months is staggering. We the people have allowed and encouraged a narrative which preaches that contact with neighbors and family will literally kill you. The pervasive spirit as of May 16 is that the government will save you if you just follow the rules.

Government leaders do NOT know the answers nor the way forward for me and my family. I am not dependent on them, they are dependent on me. This paradigm shift is core to the American dream. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.... give me liberty or give me death... Why are 300 million Americans acting like sheep? They have forgotten what it means to BE American. Our wealth and entitlement lifestyle has insidiously infected us with a self focused fear. In place of rugged individualism, we the people now lift up and celebrate conformity, collectivism, and consumerism as the apex of a fallen culture. This is not American. This is not the way.

I will not comply. Perhaps I never really did, but at least I see more clearly now. The future is built on faith and family and Americans acting like Americans, taking care of one another, stepping up boldly and leading the world.

sheeple, snowflakes, Karens, and cowards should step aside and follow. American? Yes, yes I am and I approve this message.
